Custom orders fall under our Bespoke Services. We would love to come up with something special for you. To inquire about customizing our products for personal or large-scale usage, please contact us at our Bespoke division at Concierge@EazyGyft.com. Minimums apply and pricing and delivery times will vary, based upon the requirements of the custom order.

EAZY GYFT BESPOKE COLLECTION
These couture gifts are made to order just for you. From box design to the carefully curated gifts within, Bespoke projects require a timeline all their own depending upon quantity, level of customization and nature of the gift. Since timelines may vary, be sure to speak with your Eazy Gyft consultant about what this looks like in your particular case.
All of our orders are shipped using FedEx. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt to your email. Please kindly check your SPAM folder if not received. This automated email confirms your purchase with Eazy Gyft.
Currently Eazy Gyft ships to U.S. business and residential addresses only and we apologize in advance, but we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday during the business hours of 9-6pm CST. Your order is packed with care and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please contact us at Concierge@EazyGyft.com to place an international order. Please send the Signature Collection box you are interested in and the selection and quantity of the item(s) you desire. Please note: the customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and customs charges.
Due to the custom nature of our Collections, Eazy Gyft does not accept returns. All sales are final.
If you are not satisfied with your gift, please kindly contact us within 24 hours in order to resolve any issues.
Please note that all merchandise must be returned at your own expense.
Items returned must be unused, unopened, with authentic labels still attached and in the original packaging that was sent. If the goods returned are not in a resalable condition, we may NOT accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
Bespoke items or “made-to-your-specification” items may not be returned. Items which have been personalized or which, due to their nature, are perishable or will expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health precautions and/or hygienic reasons may not be returned.
We advise that you contact us prior to attempting to make a return. We advise that you insure any package you choose to send and that you ensure your shipping method includes tracking. Eazy Gyft is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once items have been received and checked at our studio, we will notify you via email on how merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that shipping and insurance is non-refundable.
